Payments

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners, American Express, Maestro, Electron, PayPal, PayPal Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

When will the amount be charged to my account?

When the order is placed, the total amount is just authorised on your card or account. Your card/account will only be billed once the order has actually shipped. If your products are shipped in separate parcels, you will be charged a partial amount on each shipment date. With some banks and card issuers, the authorisation transaction may continue to be visible also after the order has been fully charged. We assure you that this does not mean you paid for your order twice: our security systems and online payment gateways do not allow a double charge for a single order. However, if you continue to see the autorisation after one billing cycle, we suggest you contact your bank and ask for your account statement to be updated. If you need further assistance, our Customer Care is in any case at your disposal.

In which currency will I be charged?

You will be charged in the same currency used to display the prices on the website. Any taxes and duties are included in the order total you see online.

Are online purchases safe?

We guarantee the highest levels of security when protecting personal data and payment information via TLS (Transport Layer Security) certified encrypted transmission protocol.

My payment has not been accepted, why?

There may be various reasons why your payment has not been accepted: check the credit card data you entered at the time of placing the order, such as expiry date, card type and number. If the problem persists please contact our Customer Care to receive specific assistance.

What is a CVV/CVC code?

The CVV (Card Verification Value) is a 3 digit number code on the back of your card, in the signature box (for Visa and MasterCard) or 4 digit number code on the front of the card (for American Express). It is fundamental for ensuring the safety of the transaction and discourages fraud, as it allows us to ascertain that you have the actual card in your possession.
